Tutor Based Training is currently only available to the UK mainland only, should this position change, it will be notified on this Web Site.
Technology Based Training CD's are available for sale through our online store WORLDWIDE.
All training will be carried out on site at clients/customers premises, unless you wish otherwise, suitable alternative venues can be arranged at additional cost if required.
No training or advice will be given without having an informal, no obligation meeting with clients/customers to establish their needs and the benefits that will be gained from any advice or training arranged and undertaken.
Prices are dependent upon amount of advice or training required and are negotiable, all prices quoted are excluding VAT which will be charged at the current rate. Minimum rates may apply.
Payments terms are strictly Net 15 days unless otherwise agreed. Discounts may be offered for prompt payment, the terms of which will be finalised and detailed in each individual contract, as negotiated. Interest will be charged on overdue accounts.
All initial appointments/meetings to discuss services on offer are FREE OF CHARGE. Once you are ready to commit to a contract, only then will the agreed rates apply. All meetings prior to signing of contracts are on a NO OBLIGATION basis.
We try to confirm and mail out the CDs within four working days of receipt of payment but please allow 28 days for delivery from placing of order (unless otherwise stated by a special announcement on the website). The CDs are in perfect condition when dispatched. If you receive a CD with a cover damaged in transit please return it STILL IN ITS SHRINK WRAP and you will receive a replacement and a refund of your return postage. Our aim is to have satisfied customers!

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Pricing of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.
When you have completed your order you will be sent an e-mail confirming your order. It will state what the products are, the cost (including P&P) and delivery and invoice details. If your order has been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations.
Payment - All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel you order with us within seven (7) days of placing your order and it being accepted by us, or, within seven (7) days of receipt of the goods, which ever is the longer. On receipt of your cancellation notice and on receipt of the goods returned in original packaging with seals unbroken, you will be refunded your payment in total.
